What does success mean?
Keynote: The business of business is to innovate sustainability missions

What does success mean?

To accelerate sustainability as THE MATRIX for business development, life quality, balanced consumption and work – we must advance human innovation and ask the provoking, disrupting question – What does success mean?

How can we progress so everyone can fulfil their potential. So more can contribute to the economies and work cultures of the future.

Global warming and UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, promoted by the technology development are transforming our economies, workplaces, communities and families.

We are facing the facts that economies are decelerating – at least measured by traditional standards. Where the only measurement has been perpetual growth – at any cost.

Remember the onset of the financial crisis?

All western leaders obsessively repeated one message – we need to consume our way out of the downward spiral.

We do not hear that mantra today.

Instead, we need to think progressively and innovate a new matrix for success and then act until we have achieved what we set out to transform.

Words are no longer an end-result.

Hard-core reality changes – that benefit more people are!

We are truly fortunate – There has never been a better era to mobilize technology and to unleash the human capability to address challenges for advanced and emerging economies, decelerating growth, job transformations and the inequality that has always been the root of unrest and instability.

We are all contributing to the shape of a new socioeconomic system that ought to provide opportunites for all.

THE EVEREST WAY enables leaders and individuals to be co-creators of a new vision for what growth can entail in the years to come?

A global Megatrend is already unfolding – Innovate competitiveness due to sustainability as the business mission.

One of the building blocks to adress and make happen is the Innovation of leadership qualities that engages co-workers to expand their capacities, so we actually achieve some of the idealistic results we have never been able to accomplish before as a humane race.

Will we succeed where others failed?
